We read the fine print, so you don't have to

Every service you use can change its terms whenever it likes — and the announcement is usually a wall of legal text you'll never read. SecBird watches the terms of service and privacy policies of the services you actually use, and tells you when something meaningful changes.

How it works

  1. We check regularly. Our crawler politely fetches the legal documents of the services you follow (respecting their robots rules and rate limits — we're guests).
  2. We compare versions. Markup churn and typo fixes are ignored; only real changes count.
  3. We explain in plain language. Each meaningful change gets a short summary: what changed, why it might matter to you, and what — if anything — you can do about it. Big changes alert you right away; housekeeping waits for your digest.

You see the receipts

Every summary links to a side-by-side comparison of the old and new text, with the changes highlighted. You never have to take our word for it — the diff is right there.

Multiple identities? Covered.

If you have several accounts on one service — a personal profile and a work profile, say — one alert tells you which of your profiles are affected, instead of three copies of the same email.
