Roadmap ​

This page shows where SecBird is going. It is built from the same planning tool we use every day, so it is never a separate story. There are no dates on purpose: one person builds this, and dates would be guesses.

Now is what we are working on this moment. Next is what follows. Later is decided but not started. Each bar counts the finished tickets in that milestone, so a half-full bar means half the work is done.

  • Guide v2: risk profile and keep-or-close decisions

    Start with how careful you want to be, decide per account whether to keep or close it, and let the steps follow your answers.

  • Global coverage, regional rights and the service scorecard

    In progress

    Services people use in every region, a rights card on every step that says what you can demand where you live, and a public clarity band per service built from checkable facts.

  • Story-driven onboarding and the entry card

    A narrated, illustrated guide, and one link that opens it pre-configured for the next person: share a setup, never a person.

  • AI decides, people correct

    In progress

    AI reads public provider documents offline and decides the checkable facts, each with a quote, a source and a confidence. Nothing shows without its quote, anyone can report a wrong fact from the page, and the bill is published.

  • A decision model instead of a text model

    The AI work moves to a model that only answers typed questions with a calibrated confidence and never writes text: facts from terms and privacy documents, service categories, help-centre links, and staleness after a document changes.

  • Catalog at scale: every account service with a verified logo

    Shipped

    Full guides for the main services, and a listed tier for every other service people hold an account with: a verified logo, two-step methods and a deletion link, all searchable in the picker.

  • Closed alpha

    Shipped

    Say plainly that this is an early version, let visitors accept that once, publish this roadmap, and fix the logo and the button colours.

  • The catalog keeps itself up to date

    A job that re-reads provider documents and help centres twice a week, only pays for pages that changed, and publishes what it found without anyone pressing a button.

We changed direction in October 2026: from an audit platform with policy tracking, reports and billing to a simple, free guide that helps you take control of your online accounts. Some earlier work was retired; what we kept is listed above.
